Feeling tired, drained, exhausted, depressed, these are all symptoms of a common problem known as fatigue.  Fatigue is a sign that your body is being affected by physical and or emotional stress.  Thinking that it will just go away is a common mistake everyone makes.  Causes are determined by the person, their diet, what medications they're on, lack of activity, lack of exercising, and just feeling alone.  The common person can feel fatigue or knows someone who feels fatigue, helping them and/or yourself can change your life.
