Throughout our everyday lives we can develop problems that are derived from spinal issues. Our spinal cord is the central communications cable of our nervous system and these nerve fibers control and cordinate ALL bodily functions. Our muscles and bones need this nerve flow to function normally so that our posture, movements, strength, and balance are working properly and in sync. Staying active in our lives is of key importance to maintaining spine success and overall health. When there is a lack of activity present your body will have a decrease in energy , which creates even less activity. Keeping active maintains and increases your ability to work properly. Not only will you become physically impaired by a lack of activity, but also your mental focus decreases. You will become unproductive and fall into a downward debilitating spiral. Eventually this will cause major health problems such as; physical exhaustion, pain, and spinal degeneration just to name a few. Remember, motion is the key to life.
